4 HO'OPONOPONO MANTRAS TO OPEN THE DOORS OF THE MIND - AN ANCIENT HAWAIIAN PURIFYING METHOD
I lived in Hawaii for a while before, and I can really clearly see that this is a very peaceful place, the people are extremely friendly, gentle and loving. Later, when I learned that the Ho'oponopono method originated from Hawaii, I understood why that place has such high energy and peace.
On earth there have been many different civilizations and spiritual beliefs. Spiritual beliefs help people move towards Truth, Goodness and Beauty, towards purification and cleansing of the mind.
And depending on each spiritual background and enlightenment background of different monks, different purification methods will be offered. But all purification methods follow the same common path: turning back to oneself, purifying body, speech and mind.
If inside the body, speech and mind become pure, the outside world will also become pure.
The purification method of the ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono is no exception to that.
To purify body, speech and mind in the Ho'oponopono method is to apply four sentences that are often repeated in the mind like a mantra to the object we want to purify and transform.
1- I'm sorry
2- Please forgive me
3- Thank you
4- I love you
Even with four simple sentences like that, its transformational power is truly great. Because it has great transformational power, it has existed for thousands of years and has been practiced and passed down by Hawaiian people to this day, and not only that, it is transmitted all over the world.
Although this purification method is very simple with four mantras, once you have the destiny, once you open the entrance to consciousness through these four mantras, you have the ability to use it magically to purify in all cases and aspects of life.
The application of these four mantras is extremely diverse.
It can create lasting health, heal relationships, resolve misunderstandings, attract positive elements to you, develop love, gratitude, wisdom, etc.
And most importantly, it will open the door of consciousness to let you realize your being, your true self, the endless love and light within you.
When you read these words, it means you are predestined enough to join me on the Ho'oponopono boat to find purity, healing and inner transformation.
