At Yinyang Masters (yinyangmasters.com), we treat your privacy and business confidentiality as our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and describes our 100% Offline Data Architecture.

1. Zero Payment Card Storage (Stripe Protected)

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 Security: All financial transactions and checkout sessions are processed exclusively by Stripe Inc.
  • No Card Data Access: Yinyang Masters never stores, views, or transmits your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials. All billing details are securely tokenized and handled end-to-end within Stripe's certified infrastructure.

2. 100% Offline Client-Side Privacy

Our software is purposefully architected as offline-first interactive web applications:

  • No Remote Telemetry: When you use our HTML tools, spreadsheets, or financial planners, all calculations run locally in your web browser.
  • Zero Cloud Data Transmission: Your customer details, deal pipelines, commission splits, investment cash flows, and confidential notes are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud.
  • Local Storage Engine: All data is stored directly in your browser's sandboxed local storage (localStorage / IndexedDB) on your personal computer.

3. Information We Collect at Checkout

To fulfill your purchase and provide customer support, we collect minimal necessary contact information:

  • Email Address: Used exclusively to deliver your order confirmation, digital download links, and receipt.
  • Customer Name: Used for order identification and licensing records.
  • Transaction Metadata: Order ID, timestamp, currency, and purchased SKU (for refund validation and accounting purposes).

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Yinyang Masters App in ChatGPT and Claude

When you use the Yinyang Masters app inside ChatGPT or Claude, the assistant sends us only the details needed to answer that one request — for example a birth date, time and place for a birth chart, a name for numerology, or your question for a tarot reading.

  • Used only to calculate your answer: these inputs go to our own calculation service and the result goes straight back to the assistant. We do not store them, build a profile from them, or link them to any account. The app has no sign-in.
  • Operational log: for each request we record the tool name, whether it succeeded, response time, the platform (ChatGPT or Claude), the client software name, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address (never the address itself). We use this only to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. Logs are deleted automatically after 90 days; rate-limit counters after 1 day.
  • No chat history: we never receive your conversation, only the inputs of the request sent to the app. ChatGPT and Claude handle your conversations under the OpenAI and Anthropic privacy policies.
  • No selling, advertising or AI training: we do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
  • Links: results may include links to free guides on yinyangmasters.com, tagged so we can count visits from the app. Following them is optional.
  • For reflection and entertainment: readings are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain the right to:

  • Request a copy of the minimal transactional data associated with your order.
  • Request the deletion of your customer record from our email dispatch log, subject to mandatory tax retention obligations.
  • Opt out of any future store updates or release notifications at any time.
