Digital Download Access & Expiration

Delivery Window: Upon completing your purchase, you receive instant access to your download link on the confirmation screen and via email.
Validity & Limits: In accordance with our store architecture, each purchase grants 10 lifetime downloads per file within a 30-day download window.

Strict Zero-Access Condition: To qualify for a refund, the registered student account must have 0% course progress and must not have accessed, streamed, or viewed any video lessons or course materials. Once any lesson is started, the enrollment is non-refundable.

Natural Crystals & Physical Products (Vietnam Delivery Only)

7-Day Transit Damage & Defect Coverage: For natural crystal jewelry, clusters, and sacred items delivered within Vietnam via domestic courier (Viettel Post), we provide a 7-calendar-day return or replacement policy for items broken, damaged, or cracked in transit, or differing materially from catalog descriptions.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To process shipping insurance and courier damage claims, customers must record an uninterrupted, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging condition, and product upon delivery, and contact support within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Natural Mineral Characteristics: Authentic natural crystals inherently possess natural ice cracks, mineral inclusions, unique color variations, and natural matrix striations. These natural mineral features are not defects and are not grounds for a return.
Subjective Energy Perception: Requests based purely on subjective energy perception or change of mind after the 3-day initial settling period are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not granted in the following scenarios:

Change of mind after the digital files have been successfully downloaded without any reported technical defect.
Inability to use the tool due to unsupported legacy operating systems or deprecated browsers (such as Internet Explorer).
Lack of necessary third-party host software where clearly specified in the product description.
