1. Digital License Grant

When you purchase a product from Yinyang Masters, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide Lifetime Commercial License to use the standalone interactive application, template, or digital file for your personal or internal business operations.

Permitted Uses:

  • Use the tool to manage your clients, track commissions, evaluate properties, analyze finances, and run internal operations.
  • Generate and export reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, or summaries for your personal clients and stakeholders.
  • Install and access the tool across multiple personal devices owned by you.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Resale or Redistribution: You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the source code, HTML files, or templates, in whole or in part.
  • Public Sharing: You may not publish or upload the interactive application files to public repositories, public websites, or shared digital marketplaces.
  • White-Labeling for Resale: You may not modify the branding and resell the tool as your own commercial product.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, design templates, layouts, visual assets, trademarks, and documentation available on Yinyang Masters are the proprietary intellectual property of Yinyang Masters. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

3. Disclaimers & Professional Advice

Our calculators, templates, and financial models (including but not limited to Cap Rate calculators, debt analyzers, GCI calculators, and crypto estimators) are designed strictly for educational, informational, and operational convenience.

  • No Financial or Legal Advice: The tools do not constitute certified legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.
  • Independent Verification: Real estate markets, tax regulations, and investment parameters vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations with licensed professionals before executing financial contracts.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yinyang Masters, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital tools. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
