At Yinyang Masters, we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines what personal information we collect through our mobile application and web platform, how we use and store it, the third-party services we engage, and your rights including instant in-app account deletion.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to provide our mindfulness, harmonic sound, and metaphysical self-reflection services:

  • Account & Authentication: When you register, we collect your email address and profile identifiers for authentication and account security.
  • Birth Details: Optional date, time, and city of birth provided by you solely for calculating astrology charts, numerology life paths, and personal year cycles.
  • Manifest Wishes & Energy: Intentions and wishes submitted to the community Manifest Wall (with options to post anonymously or under an alias), along with energy send interactions.
  • AI Reading Prompts: User questions and selected tarot cards or metaphysical contexts submitted to our AI reading services to generate personalized spiritual and philosophical interpretations.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is utilized strictly for service delivery: personalizing harmonic soundscapes and meditation timers, rendering accurate cosmological charts, facilitating peer energy resonance, maintaining your private journal, and managing subscription tiers.

3. Data Storage & Security Architecture

All cloud data is securely stored within enterprise-grade Supabase database infrastructure, protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies and encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS. Private journal entries and client-side preferences may also be cached locally on your device storage (AsyncStorage/LocalStorage) for optimal offline usability.

4. Third-Party Processors & Service Providers

We collaborate with trusted infrastructure partners under strict data handling agreements:

  • In-App Payment Processing: Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play Billing handle all subscription and transaction billing. We never receive, view, or store credit card numbers or banking credentials.
  • AI Intelligence Providers: Questions and reading contexts are processed via Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI APIs solely to generate immediate reflections. Your submissions are never used to train third-party public AI foundation models.
  • Database & Authentication: Supabase Inc. hosts encrypted authentication records and cloud-synchronized content.

5. In-App Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

In full compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), you have complete control over your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the mobile app by navigating to: Me > Account Settings > Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your profile, wishes, readings, and journal records are irreversibly purged from our servers. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel active StoreKit subscriptions; auto-renewals must be managed directly in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
