Terms of Service

Welcome to YinYang Masters. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website (yinyangmasters.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing

YinYang Masters offers optional premium membership tiers (Premium and VIP) providing full access to our comprehensive harmonic sound library, offline audio listening, multi-card tarot spreads, and personalized AI readings.

  • Billing Terms: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as displayed at the time of purchase in the in-app Paywall.
  • Payment Authorization: Payment is charged directly to your Apple ID or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
  • How to Cancel: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds: In accordance with platform store policies, all digital subscription refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

2. Entertainment & Reflection Disclaimer (Apple Guideline 1.4.1)

In full accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.4.1 regarding medical and health content, all services, harmonic frequencies (Solfeggio, binaural beats), tarot readings, astrology charts, numerology analyses, and meditation guidance are provided STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL RELAXATION, MINDFULNESS, AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

  • Not Medical or Psychological Treatment: The app does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical psychological therapy, disease treatments, or biological cellular modifications. Nothing in this application should be interpreted as medical advice.
  • Consult Licensed Physicians: If you experience medical symptoms, chronic mental health distress, or sleep disorders, you must seek guidance from licensed medical doctors or certified healthcare specialists.
  • No Financial or Legal Counsel: Metaphysical cycles and energy forecasts do not constitute professional investment recommendations, CPA tax advice, or certified legal counsel.

3. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct (Apple Guideline 1.2)

Our Manifest Wall and community features allow users to express intentions and share collective energy. In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 for User Generated Content (UGC), all participants must adhere to our community safety rules:

  • Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Users are strictly prohibited from submitting content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or illegal.
  • In-App Reporting Mechanism: Every wish card includes a direct "Report" button. Any user can flag inappropriate content immediately. Flagged items are reviewed and resolved by our moderation team within 24 hours.
  • User Blocking Capability: Users can instantly block any author via the wish options menu. Once blocked, you will never see content from that creator again.
  • Account Penalties: Accounts that violate community standards will be subjected to immediate content removal, suspension, or permanent termination without reimbursement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All audio soundscapes, compositions, visual artwork, application designs, trademarks, and algorithmic calculation engines belong exclusively to YinYang Masters. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content solely for individual mindfulness practice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YinYang Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or reliance on spiritual interpretations.
