Solfeggio Frequencies & Sound Healing Tracker | Yinyang Masters

9 Solfeggio Tone Generator, Sound Bath Chamber, Chakra Frequency Map & Meditation Session Journal

$24.99₫549,000

A private, offline workspace for sound meditation: play the nine Solfeggio tones as pure sine waves, run timed sound-bath sessions, explore a chakra frequency map, and keep a journal of how each session felt.

Why Most Sound Apps Fall Short

Many meditation and ambient sound apps stream compressed audio, lock simple tone players behind monthly subscriptions, and store your wellbeing notes on someone else's servers. For a practice that is meant to be quiet and personal, that is a poor fit.

This tracker generates each tone on your own device, runs without an account or subscription, and keeps your journal in your browser. It is a meditation and relaxation tool; it is not a medical device and makes no health claims.

What Is Inside

Eight tabs in one offline file:

  • Soundboard — 9 Solfeggio Tones & Harmonic Synthesizer: play 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 and 963 Hz, plus 432 Hz, each shown with the theme it is traditionally associated with in Solfeggio practice (for example 396 Hz "liberation from guilt and fear", 639 Hz "harmonious relationships").
  • Chamber — Sound Bath Meditation Chamber: set a session length and follow a breathing mandala while a tone plays.
  • Chakra — 7-Chakra Frequency Map: see which tone, colour, and crystal are traditionally linked to each of the seven chakras.
  • Sessions — Session Log & Journal: record how you felt before and after each session, track total minutes and your daily streak, and reorder routines by drag-and-drop.
  • Crystals — Tone & Crystal Pairings: suggested pairings with crystals from the Yinyang Masters catalog.
  • Playbook — Sound Meditation Playbook: background reading on the ideas behind sound meditation, from cymatics to the Schumann resonance, presented as traditions and theories rather than proven medicine.
  • Guide — How to Use: pure-tone meditation steps, safe listening volume, and breath pacing.
  • Vault — Settings & Backup: theme and audio output settings plus local JSON backup and restore; session history can be exported as CSV.

How to Use It

  1. Set up your space: headphones or speakers at a low, comfortable volume, in a quiet spot.
  2. Choose a tone on the Soundboard or open the Chamber for a guided session.
  3. Set the timer for 10 to 30 minutes and follow the breathing mandala.
  4. Log the session in the Sessions tab — a few words on how you felt before and after.

Who It Is For

  • Daily meditators who want a simple, private tone player and journal.
  • Sound bath and yoga teachers preparing sessions and background tones for a class.
  • Busy professionals looking for a short wind-down routine after work.
  • Crystal collectors who like to pair tones with their stones.

Questions

·

The Solfeggio scale is a set of nine tones (174 Hz to 963 Hz) popularised in modern sound-meditation circles, each traditionally associated with a theme such as grounding, change, or connection. This tool plays them as pure sine tones for meditation and relaxation. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
